Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zuge Sanierung der Montagefläche der EÜ BAB A73 Ost (ehemalige Mülldeponie Eggolsheim III) sind Bodenproben zurchemischen Analyse des im Bereich der Montagefläche eingebauten Bodens notwendig, um die Unschädlichkeit des Bodensnachzuweisen. Die zur Entnahme notwendigen Kleinrammbohrungen sind nicht im Hauptvertrag beauftragt, stellen somit einezusätzliche Leistung dar. Der gebundene AN kennt die beteiligten Firmen und die Abläufe an der EÜ BAB A73 Ost. Ein weitererAN müsste sich aufwendig in die Thematik einarbeiten, wodurch Synergieeffekte verloren gehen.
