LÄ82 - Eine technische Weiterentwicklung der bisher geplanten Fassade führt zu einer Veränderung der U-Werte, die in einer Heiz- und

Kühllastberechnung eine Grundlage darstellt, um die Anlagenteile auszulegen. Diese Änderung erfolgte durch eine Entscheidungs des Bauherrn, die neuen U-Werte für die Fassade anzusetzen

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ein neuer Auftragnehmer würde die gesamte Heiz- und Kühllastberechnung neu erstellen müssen, wozu er keine Grundlagendaten hat. Eine neue Ausschreibung, inkl. einer Übergabe sowie Erklärungen zum Projekt stehen in keinem vertretbaren Zeitaufwand ggü. dem, dass der jetzige AN durch minimale Anpassungen diese notwendigen Berechnungen schnell und sofort durchführen kann. Des Weiteren kann der jetzige AN keine geordnete Übergabe an einen möglichen anderen AN durchführen, da er die jetzige Leistungsphase noch nicht abgeschlossen hat.
