Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Im Zuge des Baufortschrittes wurden vorher nicht erkenntliche Schnittstellen und zusätzliche

Oberflächenausgestaltungen ersichtlich, welche dem Gesamtcharakter der ausgeschriebenen Leistungen

entsprechen sollten und für welche die bereits vorhandenen oberflächliche Rahmenbedingungen

vorhanden waren. Zudem wurden Toleranzversätze und entstehende Versätze von unterschiedlichen

Oberflächen ausgeglichen, um das Beschädigungsrisiko zu minimieren.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Im Zuge des Baufortschrittes wurden vorher nicht erkenntliche Schnittstellen und zusätzlicheOberflächenausgestaltungen ersichtlich, welche dem Gesamtcharakter der ausgeschriebenen Leistungenentsprechen sollten und für welche die bereits vorhandenen oberflächliche Rahmenbedingungenvorhanden waren. Zudem wurden Toleranzversätze und entstehende Versätze von unterschiedlichenOberflächen ausgeglichen, um das Beschädigungsrisiko zu minimieren.
