Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Um eine ordnungsgemäße Wartung der Sonic-Boom-Bauwerke (SBB) sicherzustellen, ist es erforderlich, dass die SBBbegehbar sind. Zu diesem Zweck sind Einstiegshilfen in den SBB unerlässlich, um die Zugänglichkeit zu gewährleisten. Diezusätzliche Leistung ist untrennbar mit dem Auftrag des AN zur Errichtung der SBB verknüpft. Der AN hat die SBB erstellt. Wennein Drittunternehmen die Einstiegeshilfen in der SBB anbringt, erlischt die Gewährleitstung des AN für die SBB.
