Der Hauptauftrag beinhaltet die Errichtung einer Bauheizung. Der Fernwärmeanschluss ist bereits realisiert und wird auch für die Bauheizung genutzt. Die Mehrkosten für die Anmietung der Lüftungsgeräte wird durch die Ersparnis von Heizöl ausgeglichen.
