Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Rahmen der Ausführung und Abnahmeprüfung wurde festgestellt, dass an den Masten 11-11 (Schalter 202) und 11-13(Schalter W3) die Bedienung der Schalterantrieben aufgrund der Örtlichkeit nicht regelkonform ist. Durch die Errichtung vonzusätzlichen Schalterpodesten können die Schalter örtlich betätigt werden.Die Erbringung dieser Leistung ist mit den hauptvertraglich geschuldeten Leistungen technisch und zeitlich eng verzahnt undmuss - auch zur Sicherung von Mangel-/Gewährleistungsansprüchen - vom bereits vor Ort tätigen Auftragnehmer mit ausgeführtwerden.Die Leistungen sind Voraussetzung für die Übergabe der Anlage an die Instandhaltung, erfolgen diese nicht rechtzeitig ist dieZuweisung der Instandhaltung gefährdet. Die Maßnahmen dienen der Erfüllung des geschuldeten Werkerfolgs.
