Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Während der Bauphase wurden die rechtlichen Grundlagen zur Ausführung von Türanschlüssen an Rohbaukonstruktionen verändert. Dadurch mussten Änderungen eingeplant werden. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags ändert sich jedoch nicht und ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers wäre in diesem Fall unwirtschaftlich und mit erheblichen terminlichen und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden gewesen.
