Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Der Auftrag für die Planungsleistung nach HOAI 2021 Technische Ausrüstung ist im Rahmen der Sanierung des Freibad Adendorf an die Newten Gebäudetechnik GmbH, Tannenweg 22k in 18059 Rostock erteilt worden. Der Nachunternehmer ist überraschend ausgefallen. Hintergrund ist der eingetretene Todesfall im engen persönlichen Umfeld des Nachunternehmers. Seine persönliche Situation macht es ihm unmöglich, weitere Leistungen zu erbringen. Insbesondere geht es um die in der Ausschreibung enthaltene Planung Schwimmbadtechnik und die Übergabepunkte, welches eine sehr spezielle Fachplanung darstellt.Der Auftragnehmer Newten Gebäudetechnik GmbH hat versucht, einen Ersatz für diese Planung der Schwimmbadtechnik zu finden. Leider war das nicht erfolgreich. Somit können sie diese Leistungen im Rahmen ihres Auftrages nicht erbringen. Der Auftragnehmer Newten Gebäudetechnik GmbH führt die Teilleistungen nicht mehr aus und der neue Auftragnehmer, PGH Hildesheim GmbH, übernimmt diese Leistungen im Auftrag
