         Die Baustelle der Freiflächen umgreift das neue Holzparkhaus am Schwanenplatz. Richtung

         Süden soll ein kleiner Eingangsplatz entstehen, der sich in weiteren Bauabschnitten bis zum

         Schwanenplatz entwickeln soll. In diesem Platz verläuft der Großteil an Leitungen und es

         befindet sich ein Trafo im südlichen Bereich. Die Zufahrt zum Holzparkhaus erschließt sich

         ebenfalls vom Schwanenweg im Süden. Die Fassade des Holzparkhauses soll durch

         Kletterpflanzen bewachsen werden. Diese gründen bodengebunden in den Freiflächen.

         Das Regenwasser der Dachflächen des Parkhauses wird in 8 Fallrohren abgeführt wird, 6

         davon werden in den Rasenflächen in Retentions-Mulden westlich und östlich des Parkhauses

         eingeführt. 2 werden in eine Zisterne geleitet, sodass die Baum-Rigolen bewässert werden.

         Insgesamt werden innerhalb des Bearbeitungsbereichs 8 Bäume gepflanzt.

         Im Vorplatz entstehen zwei Grüninseln, in welchen eine Staudenbepflanzung vorgesehen ist.

         Dabei sind zu erstellen:

         C.) Sämtliche geplanten Pflanzungen
