Die erforderlichen Leistungen haben sich während des Bauablaufs ergeben und waren zum Ausschreibungszeitpunkt nicht bekannt.Die Leistungen werden durch den AN erbracht, da ein bautechnischer Zusammenhang vorliegt. Die Arbeiten durch einen anderen AN erbringen zu lassen, ist fachlich nicht sinnvoll.
