Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

NT 17 - Es wurden bisher an 3 Konsolen im Landrückentunnel diese jeweils 4 Auflagerkissen hergestellt. Beim Setzten der Anker an der ersten der3 Konsolen wurde festgestellt, dass diese Lösung nicht funktioniert. Die Betonkissen in Form von Betonkeilen fallen von der Tunnelwand abund haben keinen Verbund. Beim Durchbohren platzt der Betonteil auseinander, so dass diese Ausführungsvariante verworfen wurde.Es sollte eine Konsole als Referenzkonsole hergestellt werden. Aufgrund der Erfahrung und der beauftragten Leistung für die Arbeiten imTunnel ist es nicht zielführen ein Drittunternehmen mit den Auflagerkissen bzw. Konsolen zu beauftragen. Auch würde dies wegen desPlatzmangels und den zus. erforderlichen Sperrpausen nicht gehen
