         Jeder Bieter / jedes Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft hat mit dem Angebot die folgenden Nachweise vorzulegen:

         1) Nachweis der Erlaubnis nach § 7 SprengG (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen)

         Jeder Bieter/jedes Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft hat mit dem Angebot vorzulegen:

         1) Eigenerklärung KBD-RL (Ersthelferausbildung und Untersuchung nach arbeitsmedizinischen Grundstäzen; Personaleinsatz mit mind. dreijähriger Berufspraxis in der Kampfmittelräumung; Fähigkeit zum Einsatz von Minensuchgeräten und Gradiometern). Der Bieter erklärt mittels Einreichen des Dokuments "Eigenerklärung KBD-RL", dass die Anforderungen erfüllt werden (s.u.).

         2) Geräteliste (Vordruck in den Vergabeunterlagen) (mit dem Angebot mittels Eigenerklärung vorzulegen)

         3) Nachweis über Referenzen je Los
