Der Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald plant den Neubau einer Rettungswache mit vier Fahrzeugstellplätzen imJahr 2020 in Schulzendorf. Die Planungsleistungen für dieses Vorhaben sind in 2018/2019 zu erfüllen. Bei dergeplanten Rettungswache handelt es sich um ein nichtunterkellertes Gebäude mit vier integrierten Garagen.Es ist vorgesehen, die Planungsleistungen Lph 1-3 (optionale Weiterbeauftragung Lph 4-8) für ObjektplanungGebäude und Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung und Freianlagen, sowie für die Vermessung, Baugrunduntersuchung und energetische Nachweise zu beauftragen.
