         Für den Auftrag kommen nur Bieter in Betracht, die bereits Leistungen mit Erfolg ausgeführt haben, die mit der zu vergebenden Leistung vergleichbar sind. Für die Beurteilung der Eignung ist eine Eigenerklärung vorzulegen:

         Lieferung und Rechnung

         Der Liefertermin ist vorab mit der jeweiligen Schule bzw. der Hauptverwaltung telefonisch zu vereinbaren. Für jede Bestellung, auch bei gleichem Standort, ist ein eigener Lieferschein und eine eigene Rechnung zu erstellen. Für jede Bestellung wird eine neue Bestellnummer vergeben. Die jeweilige Bestellnummer ist im Lieferschein und in der Rechnung anzugeben. Die Rechnung ist derzeit in Papierform zu erstellen und per Post an die Hauptverwaltung zu übersenden. Es wird gerade ein elektronischer Rechnungsworkflow implementiert, die Hauptverwaltung kann auch die Übersendung einer elektronischen Rechnung als PDF verlangen.

         Datenblätter

         Die Datenblätter sind in deutscher Sprache dem Angebot beizulegen.

         Sofern nicht alle geforderten Merkmale aus dem Datenblatt ersichtlich sind, muss vom Anbieter innerhalb einer neu gesetzten Frist eine Herstellerbestätigung in deutscher Sprache zu den vom Auftragnehmer benannten Merkmalen vorgelegt werden.
