    El volumen anual de negocios de la persona licitadora se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si la persona licitadora estuviera inscrita en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrita. Las personas licitadoras individuales no inscritas en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.
    
    La acreditación podrá igualmente realizarse mediante un «certificado de importe neto de la cifra de negocios» expedido por la AEAT o con la aportación del resumen de la declaración del IVA presentada a Hacienda (modelo 390).
