         Eigenerklärung zur Eignung für alle Unternehmen in Offenen Verfahren (beinhaltet Angaben: zum Umsatz; zur Zahlung von Steuern und Abgaben sowie von Beiträgen zur gesetzlichen Sozialversicherung; zu vergleichbaren, erbrachten Leistungen/Referenzen; zu Insolvenzverfahren und Liquidation; dass Nichtvorhandensein schwerer Verfehlungen, Vorhandensein der erforderlichen Arbeitskräfte, Eintragung in das Berufsregister).

         Bei Bedarf können entsprechende Formulare abgefordert werden.
