II.2.4)Description of the procurement at the time of conclusion of the contract:

In der Energiezentrale der GSI sollen während des laufenden Betriebs des Heizwerks drei Gaskessel mit einer Nutzwärmeleistung von jeweils 4,2 MW ersetzt werden. Des Weiteren soll der Austausch von zwei Heizungsverteiler, Heißwasserleitungen bis maximal DN 250 und drei Netzpumpen sowie die Installation der Gitterrostbühne über den Gaskesseln erfolgen. Zusätzlich werden 75 m Heißwasserleitung DN 200 und 70 m Druckluftleitung DN 100 zur Versorgung von FAIR verlegt. Zuvor erfolgt der Rückbau von drei bestehenden Gaskesseln sowie diversen Bestandsrohrleitungen bis DN 200 mit einer KMF-Dämmung.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nach Ausbruch des Ukrainekrieges wurde zur Sicherung der Energieversorgung GSI-seitig die Entscheidung getroffen, dass anstelle einer reinen Gas-Heizung ein Dualbrenner (für Gas und Öl) eingebaut werden sollte. Weil die Leistung für das Gewerk Heizung zur Sanierung der Energiezentrale zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits an die Fa. AGO GmbH vergeben war, mussten die erforderlichen Änderungen und Erweiterungen als Nachträge beauftragt werden.
