Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zusammenhang mit der Entkernung und Sanierung des BA 2 musste die Ausführung des bereits beauftragten Personentunnels bauseits angepasst werden (geänderte und an die Örtlichkeit angepasste Ausführung sowie Errichtung während des laufenden Betriebes in mehreren Phasen).

Die angebotenen Leistungen gehören zum Leistungsbild Baustelleneinrichtung und sind für die Erfüllung des Bausolls erforderlich.

Ein Wechsel des AN führt zu Anpassungen des Leistungssolls, Bauverzögerungen bei Neuvergabe und damit zu terminlichen Verzögerungen der Folgegewerke.

Verlängerung Bauzeit je Monat: 50 T€
