      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Two measuring stations are to be set up as part of the FMD-QNC. Firstly, a cryogenic RF probe measuring station is to be set up for the characterisation of integrated circuits. This requires the installation of a network analyser that will be connected to the probes. The development of multi-channel transceiver circuits for manipulating and reading out qubits at cryogenic temperatures in a silicon-based BiCMOS technology is planned and therefore a measurement station is needed to evaluate this development.
