mission de maitrise d"oeuvre pour la réalisation de l"extension et la réhabilitation du Musée Fabre à Montpellier et optionnellement de la restauration de la Chapelle de la Miséricorde et du musée de la Pharmacie au sein de l"îlot Montpellieret. Mission complète de maîtrise d"oeuvre (ESQ - aPS - aPD - pRO - aCT - vISA - dET - aor+) et missions complémentaires définies dans les documents de la consultation. Il est prévu une décomposition en tranches : Tranche ferme : Ensemble des travaux sur l"ilôt Fabre / Tranche optionnelle 1 : Ensemble des travaux sur périmètre Miséricorde et Musée de la Pharmacie. Il est prévu 2 missions complémentaires en PSE (Prestations Supplémentaires Eventuelles): SYN (Pse1) - oPC (Pse2)
