         IT.NRW betreibt mehrere Confluence und Jira Instanzen für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der Landesverwaltung und mit Externen.

         Beim Jira System für die Zusammenarbeit innerhalb der LV steht die aktuelle Li-zenzwartung kurz vor dem Ablauf (07.11.2023), so dass eine neue Wartung benötigt wird. Wegen der Abkündigung des Lizenzmodells "Server" seitens des Herstellers Atlassian, soll in diesem Zuge auf das Lizenzmodell "Data Center" gewechselt werden.

         Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist das in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführte Jira Lizenzpaket, inklusive der bisher eingesetzten Plugins sowie das neue Plugin "Xray Testmanagement". Details siehe unter Abschnitt C.

         Die Laufzeit der Nutzung soll 12 Monate betragen.

         Die Lizenzgröße soll jeweils 5.000 User betragen.

         Die Lizenzen sind online an den nachfolgend aufgeführten technischen Kontakt bei IT. NRW zu übermitteln.
