         Der Landkreis Meißen schreibt als Auftraggeber zur Erfüllung des § 37 des Gesetzes zur Verhütung und Bekämpfung von Infektionskrankheiten beim Menschen (Infektionsschutzgesetz - IfSG), in der geltenden Fassung, nachfolgend aufgeführte amtliche Wasseruntersuchungen im offenen Verfahren aus:

         1. bakteriologische und chemische Trinkwasseruntersuchungen nach § 55 der Verordnung über die Qualität von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch (Trinkwasserverordnung - TrinkwV), in der geltenden Fassung

         2. bakteriologische und chemische Badewasseruntersuchungen nach DIN 19643 "Aufbereitung von Schwimm- und Badebeckenwasser - Allgemeine Anforderungen" (Juni 2023), in der aktuellen Fassung

         3. bakteriologische und chemische Badegewässeruntersuchungen entsprechend Verordnung des Sächsischen Staatsministeriums für Umwelt und Landesentwicklung und des Sächsischen Staatsministeriums für Soziales und Gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhalt zur Umsetzung der Richtlinie 2006/7/EG über die Qualität von Badegewässern und deren Bewirtschaftung vom 15. April 2008, in der geltenden Fassung

Die Weitergabe von Leistungen an Nachunternehmer ist grundsätzlich nur bis zu einer Höhe von 50% des Auftragswertes und nur mit Zustimmung des Auftraggebers zulässig.
