Bietergemeinschaften gilt, dass jedes einzelne Mitglied eine entsprechende Erklärung abzugeben hat.

Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, Angebote von Bietern auszuschließen, die unter Mitwirkung eines

vom Auftraggeber beauftragten Ingenieurbüros erstellt wurden. Gleiches gilt, wenn zwischen Bieter und

beauftragtem Ingenieurbüro eine gesellschaftsrechtliche/verwandtschaftliche Verbundenheit oder wirtschaftliche

Abhängigkeit besteht.

Fragen zu den Vergabeunterlagen oder dem Vergabeverfahren sind so rechtzeitig zu stellen, dass dem

Auftraggeber unter Berücksichtigung interner Abstimmungsprozesse eine Beantwortung spätestens sechs

Tage vor Ablauf der Frist zur Angebotsabgabe bzw. zur Einreichung der Teilnahmeanträge möglich ist. Der

Auftraggeber behält sich vor, nicht rechtzeitig gestellte Fragen gar nicht oder innerhalb von weniger als sechs

Tagen vor Ablauf der Frist zur Angebotsabgabe bzw. zur Einreichung der Teilnahmeanträge zu beantworten.

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Frist kann eine Unwirksamkeit nicht mehr festgestellt werden.

Auf Grund der fehlenden Gleisanbindung ist eine Änderung der Logistik notwendig, somit sind zusätzliche Geräte (ADK undTeleskoplader) zur Montage erforderlich.Die Montage des Bahnsteigdaches ist Vertragsbestandteil.
