Leistungsgegenstand ist die gesonderte Beratung und Betreuung der im Landkreis Saalekreis wohnenden Personen nach § 1 Abs. 1 Satz 1 und § 2 Satz 3 des

Aufnahmegesetzes entsprechend den Ausführungsbestimmungen des Rd. Erl. des MI vom 15.06.2015 - 34.4 -12235 (MBl. LSA Nr. 20/2015 vom 22.06.2025).

Die Maßnahmen der Betreuung sollen nach § 2 Satz 2 des Aufnahmegesetzes außerhalb von Gemeinschaftsunterkünften durchgeführt werden.

Für die gesonderte Beratung und Betreuung im Landkreis Saalekreis sind in Merseburg 2 Beratungsstellen mit je 2 Beraterstellen zu betreiben.
