         Im Rahmen der Auswahl von Führungskräften arbeitet TenneT mit dem Leadership Profile für Lead und Head Positionen. Das Assessment selbst ist eingebettet in einen Stellenbesetzungsprozess, der vom Business und den Recruitern gesteuert wird. Die Auswahl-Assessments sollen basierend auf dem TenneT Konzept neu aufgesetzt und im Unternehmen implementiert werden.
