Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Stadt Nabburg, SBL des betreffenden Ledermühlweg, forderte im Verlauf der Vorplanung die Beseitigung des oben genannten BÜs aus Gründen der sicheren Abwicklung des Verkehrs. Es wurde auf einen vorhandenen Schulweg verwiesen der dem BÜ folgt. Dies war zum Zeitpunkt der Erstellung der Ausschreibung nicht bekannt. Zur Untersuchung der grundsätzlichen technischen Machbarkeit wurde oben genannte Machbarkeitsstudie in Auftrag gegeben.
