Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers wäre in diesem Fall unwirtschaftlich und mit erheblichen terminlichen und zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden. Der Grundcharakter der Bauleistungen hat sich nicht verändert, sondern ist durch unvorhersehbare Erkenntnisse aus dem Baugrund entstanden.
