Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Änderung der bauseits gestellten Motoren und damit Änderung der Ansteuerung von 230 V AC auf 24 V DC.Zusätzliche notwendige Leistungen für Kabel und Leitungen (Steuerleitung zur Verkabelung innen- und außenliegender Sonnenschutz).Die erforderlichen Leistungen haben sich während des Bauablaufs ergeben und waren zum Ausschreibungszeitpunkt nicht bekannt.Die Leistungen werden durch den AN erbracht, da ein bautechnischer Zusammenhang vorliegt. Die Arbeiten durch einen anderen AN erbringen zu lassen, ist fachlich nicht sinnvoll.
