Maßnahmen zum Winterbau, Erstellen eines Schwerlastraumgerüsts für die Decken/Unterzüge über Atrium, Kosten aus Bauzeitverlängerung. Grundlage für die Höhe ist die abschließende Schlussrechnungsverhandlung vom 15.09.2022.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zur Sicherstellung des Werkerfolgs waren dringliche und unaufschiebbare Arbeiten notwendig. Dies war ein Schwerlastgerüst das aufgrund geänderter Höhen zur Betonage der Decken und Unterzüge im Atrium notwenig wurde. Durch zusätzlich beauftragte Leistung hat sich auch die Bauzeit verlängert, was zu Mehrkosten führt. Die Ausführung durch eine andere Firma ist weder technisch noch wirtschaftlich sinnvoll.
