Im Rahmen der Landesgartenschau Leinefelde-Worbis 2025 beabsichtigt die Stadt Leinefelde-Worbis die städtebauliche Neustrukturierung und ökologisch nachhaltige Entwicklung des südlichen Stadtrandes als attraktives und innovatives Wohnquartier mit Landschaftspark im Übergang zur freien Landschaft.

Im Rahmen der Gesamt-Baumaßnahme werden unter anderem Rodungs- und Abbrucharbeiten, Tief- und Wegebauarbeiten, Landschaftsbauarbeiten, Schlosserarbeiten, Leistungen zu Sport- und Spielplatzbau, des Hochbaus sowie der Technischen Ausrüstung erforderlich.
