Die Auftragserhöhung für die nachfolgend aufgelisteten Nachträge resultiert aus Mengenmehrungen, Massen- oder Leistungsänderungen sowie Änderungen im Bauentwurf oder Anordnungen des AG gemäß § 2 Abs. 5 VOB/B.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der Nachtrag setzt sich sowohl aus Massenmehrungen als auch zusätzlichen Leistungen zusammen. Ein wesentlicher Punkt ist, dass zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung die Angaben noch nicht komplett waren und Schraubbewehrung, Bewehrungsanschlussleisten, etc. fehlten. Ein anderer, dass bei den Stahlbetonwänden zusätzliche Leistungen notwendig sind, um bestimmte Schall- bzw. Brandschutzanforderungen zu erfüllen. Die Ausführung der Arbeiten durch die bisher beauftragte Firma stellt die wirtschaftlich sinnvollste Lösung dar.
