         Der Dienstleister soll die "liefernden" und die "empfangenden" Liegenschaften in die Vollversorgung übernehmen. Der Lieferant soll die überschüssige elektrische Energie der Eigenerzeugung auf der "liefernden Liegenschaft" zu der/n "empfangenden" Liegenschaften durchleiten. Dabei soll nicht der Weg über den Spotmarkt (MPM oder ähnliches) genommen werden, sondern direkt in einem Bilanzkreis geliefert werden. Zzgl. Reststrommengenbeschaffung.
