Erweiterung der Teilsanierung der Interimsgebäude Gebäude 35 und 44 in eine Komplettsanierung

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Interimsgebäude 35: Im Laufe der Planungsphase wurde deutlich, dass die technischen Anlagen der Gebäude (Sanitär, Elektro, Lüftung, etc.) abgängig sind und nicht mehr den Vorschriften entsprechen. Durch die Instandsetzung der abgängigen Anlagen mussten weitere Vorgaben und Vorschriften (unter anderem GEG und Brandschutz) eingehalten werden, wodurch eine vollumfängliche Sanierung dieses Gebäudes unumgänglich geworden ist. Anfänglich waren für die Gebäude nur kleinere Arbeiten zwecks Anpassung von Räumen und Instandhaltung vorgesehen.Interimsgebäude 44:Ursprünglich sollten diverse Räume als Interimsnutzung hergerichtet werden. Parallel dazu lag der Auftrag zur Abstellung von Brandschutzmängeln vor. Der Auftrag für den Brandschutz wurde in die Maßnahme Sanierung Hörsaalgebäude integriert.Durch die Instandsetzung mussten weitere Vorgaben und Vorschriften (unter anderem GEG und Brandschutz) eingehalten werden, wodurch eine vollumfängliche Sanierung dieses Gebäude unumgänglich geworden ist.
