Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Damit das Bahnhofsgleis 41 (Wendegleis) seine erforderliche Länge erreichen kann und damit die weit vorangeschrittene

Planung der SÜ Kloster Moosen erhalten werden kann, wird eine kleine Stützmauer im Bereich der Böschung an der SÜ

Kloster Moosen notwendig. Die Planung muss vom AN wahrgenommen werden, da die Lage und Notwendigkeit dieser

Stützwand unmittelbar sowohl mit der VA-Planung als auch mit der Planung der SÜ Kloster Moosen in Zusammenhang steht.

Eine Ausschreibung dieser Planerleistung und der damit verbundenen Beauftragung an einen weiteren Planer würde zu

einem unverhältnis-mäßig hohen Zeitaufwand und Koordinationsaufwand mit risikobehafteten Schnittstellen führen.
