         Die Handelskammer Hamburg, Adolphsplatz 1, 20457 Hamburg, schreibt in zwei Losen Rahmenverträge für Prüfungsaufsichten aus. Die Vertragsdauer der Rahmenverträge beläuft sich auf 36 Monate und startet am 01.01.2024. Eine einmalige Vertragsverlängerung von 12 Monaten ist möglich.

         Das Ausschreibungsprojekt

         Die Handelskammer Hamburg (Auftraggeber, oder HK) führt im Rahmen ihres gesetzlichen Auftrages Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen der Hamburger Auszubildenden, Fortbildungsprüfungen sowie Sach- und Fachkundeprüfungen durch. Insgesamt werden pro Jahr rund 20.000 Personen geprüft. Dabei reicht die Bandbreite von mündlichen oder praktischen Prüfungsterminen mit wenigen Teilnehmern an einem Prüfungstag bis hin zu schriftlichen Abschlussprüfungen mit rund 2.500 Teilnehmern an mehreren Prüfungstagen. Für die organisatorische Durchführung vor Ort, insbesondere die Beaufsichtigung der Prüflinge, benötigt der Auftraggeber einen externen Dienstleister.

         Das Los 1 umfasst die Beaufsichtigung von ca. zehn schriftlichen Großprüfungen p.a. mit zeitgleich bis zu 1.600 Prüflingen und im Regelfall maximal 90 benötigten Aufsichtspersonen an unterschiedlichen Standorten, bei denen die Gesamtkoordination durch vor Ort anwesende HK-Mitarbeitende erfolgt. Dazu kommen ca. 30 reine Ordnungsdienste (z.B. Fluraufsicht in Berufsschulen, Einlasskontrolle) mit i.d.R. nicht mehr als 5 benötigen Aufsichts-Personen.

          100 Teilnehmern in "Eigenregie", das heißt ohne vor Ort anwesende HK-Mitarbeitende, zumindest nicht für den gesamten Prüfungszeitraum. Insgesamt handelt es sich um etwa 400 Einsätze pro Jahr, bei denen i.d.R. jeweils maximal 20 Aufsichts-Personen benötigt werden.
