LÄA 2 Der Auftragnehmer ist mit den vorgezogenen Umweltmaßnahmen 033_CEF beauftragt. Im Zuge der Ausführung wurden

Trocknungsschäden an Bepflanzungen festgestellt, die durch zusätzliche Wässerungen vermieden werden müssen.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Da der AN bereits die Umeltmaßnahmen auf den bisher geplanten Flächen umsetzt, würde es bei Hinzunahme eines weiteren

AN für die zusätzlichen Flächen zu Schwierigkeiten beim Ineinandergreifen der Arbeiten kommen. Besonders der

Leistungsbeginn würde bei einer erneuten Ausschreibung viel später beginnen, was bei den zeitkritischen zusätzlichen

Wässerungen zu hohen Folgeschäden führen würde. Bei nicht erfolgter Zusatzwässerung wären die entsprechenden Flächen der

vorgezogenen Umweltmaßnahmen nicht funktionsfähig.
