Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

In der Ausführung der Tiefbauarbeiten sind dem AN Bau sowie den Projektbeteiligten neue Erkenntnisse im Bestandsbaugrund festgestellt worden. Diese führen zu Mehrkosten was unter anderem wäre:- Lieferung, Einbau zus. Stahlplatten im Bereich zwischen dem Gleis und der Verbauachse- Materialpreiserhöhung aufgrund des Ukrainekriegs- Zus. Herstellung einer Verbauerdung inkl. Gleisanbindung- Herstellung einer Unterfangung der PU Wand im Pilgerschnittverfahren inkl. benötigter Trägermehrlänge zum einbringen der zus. Träger und zus. Planung- Einbau eines Pumpensumpf inkl. einer benötigtem Hebeanlage- Mehrverbrauch/Stärke von Spritzbeton aufgrund der erhöhten Verkehrsbelastung- Vorbohren aller Verbauträger nach Vorgabe freigegebener APDer Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist nicht möglich, da die Schnittstellenplanungen für den Verbau, die Gefahr der Fehlplanung und Fehlausführung massiv erhöht.
