         Die Gemeinde Dummerstorf ist eine amtsfreie Gemeinde im Landkreis Rostock in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern und liegt rund 10 Kilometer südöstlich der Hanse- und Universitätsstadt Rostock. Mit ihren rund 7.600 Einwohnern erstreckt sich die Gemeinde über eine Fläche von rund 120 km².

         Aufgrund der direkten Anbindung an die Autobahnen A 19 (Rostock -Berlin) / A 20 (Lübeck-Stettin) verfügt die Gemeinde Dummerstorf über mehrere Gewerbegebiete.

         Mit dem vorliegenden wettbewerblichen Auswahlverfahren sucht die Gemeinde Dummerstorf einen Käufer / Investor für eine Gewerbefläche im Gewerbepark Kavelstorf West, der dort auf eigene Kosten einen Lebensmittelvollsortimenter sowie einen separater Drogeriemarkt innerhalb von vier Jahren nach Abschluss des Grundstückkaufvertrags errichtet.

         Die zu veräußernde Grundstücksfläche umfasst die nachfolgende Teilflächen sowie den nachfolgenden Miteigentumsanteil:

         - aus dem Flurstück 22/23 eine unvermessene, im Kataster noch nicht fortgeschriebene Teilfläche mit einer Größe von ca. 3.753 m²,

         - aus dem Flurstück 22/97 eine unvermessene, im Kataster noch nicht fortgeschriebene Teilfläche mit einer Größe von ca. 8.059 m²,

         - aus dem Flurstück 22/77 eine unvermessene, im Kataster noch nicht fortgeschriebene Teilfläche mit einer Größe von ca. 1.793 m²,

         - aus dem Flurstück 22/103 eine unvermessene, im Kataster noch nicht fortgeschriebene Teilfläche mit einer Größe von ca. 433 m²,

         - aus dem Flurstück 22/105 eine unvermessene, im Kataster noch nicht fortgeschriebene Teilfläche mit einer Größe von ca. 6.335 m²,
