Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die notwendigen zusätzlichen Leistungen waren nicht in der Leistungsbeschreibung enthalten. Im Zuge der Umbaumaßnahme wurde im Zuge der durchgeführten Arbeiten festgestellt, dass Bestandsanlagen zum Teil ausgetauscht und Angepasst werden mussten.
