         Auf einem unbebauten, teilweise erschlossenen Grundstück in Panketal, OT Zepernick, ist die Errichtung einer 3-zügigen Grundschule mit Hort und Sporthalle in kommunaler Trägerschaft geplant.

         Die Baumaßnahme umfasst eine BGF von ca.10.640m2.

         Gegenstand der zu erbringenden Leistungen sind die Dachabdichtungsarbeiten für das o.g. Bauvorhaben. Diese umfassen insbesondere:

         - Baustelleneinrichtung für das Gewerk

         - Dachdeckung aus Trapezblech ca. 1000m2

         - Dämm- und Abdichtungsarbeiten auf mehreren Bauteilen ca. 4500m2

         - Dacheinbauten wie Ausstiege, Lichtkuppeln, Rauchabzugsvorrichtungen (RA) ca. 30 St.

         - Dachentwässerung ca. 60 St. Attikaabläufe und Speier

         - Spenglerarbeiten

         - Dachbegrünungsarbeiten ca. 4500m2

         - Unterkonstruktion für PV-Anlage ca. 830m

         - Seilsicherungssysteme

         - Wartung

         Die gesamten Leistungen werden im Zusammenhang mit Leistungen anderer Unternehmer auf der Baustelle ausgeführt.

         Es ist mit geschoss- und abschnittsweise unterteilter Leistungserbringung zu rechnen. Technologische Abhängigkeiten zu anderen Gewerken sind zu beachten, was zu in Abschnitte unterteilter Erbringung von in einer Position beschriebenen Leistungen führen kann.
