§ 1. Страните се съгласяват чл. 4, регламентиращ срока за изпълнение на Договор с рег. №65/13.08.2021 г., да бъде изменен, както следва:

„Услугите по този договор ще се извършват в периода от датата на влизане в сила надоговора до сключване нов договор със същия предмет, след проведена процедура по чл. 82, ал. 3 от ЗОП или до изчерпване на стойността му, което от двете настъпи първо повреме.“
