         Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

         - Eigenerklärung Jahresumsatz mit einem Mindestjahresumsatz pro Jahr von 20.000 € (Los 1) und 300.000 € (Los 2). Kleine und mittlere Unternehmen werden auch gewertet, sofern sie zeitlich noch keine Jahresumsätze über alle drei Jahre nachweisen können. Hierbei werden die Umsätze für die vorhandenen Jahre gewertet.

         - Jeweils für Los 1 und Los 2 gilt: Berufs- und Haftpflichtversicherung muss mindestens folgende Deckungssummen für die Dauer des Vertrages, einschließlich der Mangelbeseitigungsfrist/ Gewährleistungsfrist aufweisen:

         ->1.500.000€ für Personenschäden (einschl. unechter Vermögenswerte)

         -> 500.000€ für Sachschäden (einschl. unechter Vermögenswerte)
