BIM Vermessungsleistungen (Leistungsstufen 1-7)

Angaben zu den optionalen Leistungen unter II.2.11).

Alle Planungen sind in der Methode BIM auszuführen.

Die 7 Eisenbahnüberführungen (EÜ) sind abgängig und sollen erneuert werden. Bei der Planung der Erneuerung der EÜ km 66,011 ist

der unterführenden Verkehrsweg zu berücksichtigen.

Die Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit einer Auftragsvergabe in einem Nachprüfungsverfahren ist fristgebunden. Es wird auf die in § 135 Abs. 2 GWB genannten Fristen verwiesen. Nach § 135 Abs. 2 S. 2 GWB endet die Frist zur Geltendmachung der Unwirksamkeit 30 Kalendertage nach Veröffentlichung der Bekanntmachung der Auftragsvergabe im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Frist kann eine Unwirksamkeit nicht mehr festgestellt werden.

Aufgrund geänderter Eingangswerte für zukünftige Verkehrsbelastungen musste die Nachrechnung des Bauwerkes überabeitet werden. Diese Leistung ist bislang nicht beauftragt. LÄ09

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund der Anpassung der betrieblichen Aufgabenstellung mussten die Berechnungen mit einem geänderten Eingangswert erneut durchgeführt werden. Dies war bei Beginn des Projektes durch den AG nicht erkennbar.
