NA 08 zusätzliche Leistungen zur Vorbereitung der Beschichtung des Untergrunds der Fahrradgarage und das Reprofilieren im Sockelbereich.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Notwendigkeit von zusätzlichen Leistungen für die Herstellung der notwendigen Haftzugswerte zum Aufbringen der Beschichtung waren zum Zeitpunkt der Vergabe des Auftrags trotz Beachtung aller Sorgfaltspflichten für den AG nicht vorhersehbar. Der Gesamtcharakter des Auftrags verändert sich durch die Nachtragsleistung nicht.
