Für das Museum Friedland soll die Ausstellungsgestaltung (Konzeption/Planung, Umsetzung) vergeben werden.

Das Konzept mit allen inhaltlichen Komponenten wird vom Museum Friedland erstellt und eine Zusammenfassung der Kuration ist beigefügt (Anlage „Die Inhalte der einzelnen Ausstellungsbereiche“). Ein strukturierender Entwurf zu allen wesentlichen Teilen wurde hierzu schon erstellt und dient als Grundlage für die weitere Bearbeitung. Gesucht wird ein Planungsteam aus Ausstellungsgestaltung, Grafikdesign, Medienplanung und -produktion.

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Es haben sich durch die Weiterentwicklung der kuratorischen Inhalte Änderungen und Ergänzungen des Arbeitsumfanges ergeben, die zum Zeitpunkt der Vergabe nicht abzusehen waren, sondern erst im Projektverlauf entstanden. Es handelt sich hierbei um Arbeiten für die neu hinzugekommenen Themen Kinderspur, Heimat und Pushback inklusive der dazugehörigen Medienproduktion, die Erstellung der Signaletik und des Leitsystems sowie die Informationsgrafiken.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Es war laut Konzept und Ausschreibung vorgesehen, Angebote für Kinder in der Ausstellung über das Tablet zugängig zu machen und eine Kinderspur zu entwickeln, die an die Stationen der Ausstellung andockt, die sich an das allgemeine Publikum richten. Im weiteren Kurationsprozess hat sich gezeigt, dass insbesondere für jüngere Kinder rein digitale Angebote didaktisch nicht ausreichend sind. Dementsprechend wurde es notwendig, zusätzlich zu den Inhalten im Tablet eine eigene räumlich verortete Kinderspur zu entwickeln, um diese Zielgruppe sinnvoll ansprechen zu können.
