Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der bereits einmal aktualisierte Leitungsbestandsplan muss erneut überarbeitet werden. Zwischenzeitlich konnten die Konfliktpunkte mit der geplanten Hochwasserschutzanlage identifiziert werden und die Ergebnisse aus der Konzeption der Leitungskoordination liegen vor. Mit den Leitungsträgern wurden die Umverlegungen und die Kostenträgerschaft geklärt. Diese Informationen sind in die Leitungsbestandspläne einzutragen und sowohl separat für jeden einzelnen Leitungsträger darzustellen als auch in der Gesamtheit. In dieser Form waren die v. g. Leistungen nicht Gegenstand der seinerzeitigen Ausschreibung und Auftragsvergabe, sie sind zur Erfüllung des Hauptauftrages jedoch erforderlich.
