Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die hier vorgeschriebenen Leistungen sind auf Grund von Planänderungen nach Erstellung des LV notwendig. Da es in der Ursprungsplanung Kollisionen mit Elektro sowie mit Lüftung gab wurde die Technikzentrale komplett nochmal neu geplant. Das Edelstahlrohr war im LV Heizung nicht mit ausgeschrieben.
