         La partie ferme consiste en la conception, réalisation et installation de la cellule robotisée.

         La cellule robotisée est composée des éléments suivants :

         • Un robot 6 axes dédié à la fabrication de pièces par procédé WAAM

         • Un équipement de soudage MIG/MAG s’adaptant au robot

         • Un positionneur 2 axes

         • Une enceinte de protection de la cellule permettant à des opérateurs de se trouver dans la même pièce que la

         cellule en fonctionnement

         • Un système de manutention pour déplacer des pièces lourdes ou volumineuses (< 500kg) du positionneur

         vers l’extérieur de la cellule et vice versa

         • Un poste de pilotage et son logiciel de supervision de la cellule

         • Une suite logicielle FAO permettant la fabrication d’une pièce par procédé WAAM
