         Die Stadt Freiberg am Neckar beabsichtigt im Zuge der Neustrukturierung des Ortszentrums den Neubau der

         Oscar-Paret-Schule (OPS 1. Bauabschnitt bereits fertiggestellt. ) und einer Dreifeldsporthalle mit angrenzenden

         Sportflächen (2. Bauabschnitt).

         Durch das Absenken der Sporthalle um ein Geschoss wird die ebenengleiche Erschließung des Foyers und

         der Tribünenanlage aus dem Stadtraum sowie ein durchgehender Geräteraum ermöglicht. Zudem erscheint die

         Sporthalle so im Stadtraum als transparente Sport- und Veranstaltungshalle.

         Das großzügige Foyer der Sporthalle wird vom Marktplatz erschlossen, ein separater Sportlereingang ist dem

         Schulplatz zugewandt. Über eine zusätzliche Treppe sind der Gymnastikraum und die Freisportflächen von den

         Umkleiden im UG erreichbar.

         Präqualifizierte Unternehmen führen den Nachweis der Eignung durch den Eintrag in die Liste des Vereins für die Präqualifikation von Bauunternehmen e. V. (Präqualifikationsverzeichnis). Bei Einsatz von Nachunternehmen ist auf gesondertes Verlangen nachzuweisen, dass diese präqualifiziert sind oder die Voraussetzung für die Präqualifikation erfüllen.

         Nicht präqualifizierte Unternehmen haben als vorläufigen Nachweis der Eignung mit dem Angebot das ausgefüllte Formblatt „Eigenerklärung zur Eignung“ (KEV 179) vorzulegen.
