Grimstad Municipality is in the final phase of completing the procurement documents for a new contest for a turnkey contract for Fjære Primary School.

The aim of this prior information notice is to inform the market of the expected progress plan for the procurement process.

A new contest is expected to be announced at the end of September 2023, with a tender deadline in early/mid December. There will be a site inspection approx. two weeks after the notice date.

The qualification requirements will include, amongst other things, a requirement that tenderers have good credit worthiness and an annual minimum turnover of NOK 300 million in each of the last three years, good experience from school buildings for primary and/or secondary schools with the same or larger scope as the object in the contract from the last eight years, as well as a good system/routines for quality management and environment management.

The contest will be announced in Doffin and TED in accordance with the ordinary notice rules in the PPR. We hope that the market will be interested in the contest.
